Immune Complex-Induced Migration of Slan+ Non-Classical Monocytes
Immune complexes (ICs) are antibody-antigen complexes, which are constantly formed as part of the humoral immune response against pathogens, facilitating their recognition and clearance. However, when ICs are formed in large excess they can accumulate in the vasculature, tissues and organs and lead to severe pathology including inflammation, tissue ...

Integrated scRNA‐seq, scTCR‐seq analysis, and functional assays identify PRDM1+ malignant epithelial cells with hyper lipid peroxidation characteristics that demonstrate reduced responsiveness to the nICRT treatment. Principal factor PRDM1 activates cysteine metabolism genes to modulate lipid peroxidation (an intrinsic cellular pathway related to ...

Targeting Lactate and Lactylation in Cancer Metabolism and Immunotherapy
Lactate, once deemed a metabolic waste, emerges as a central regulator of cancer progression. This review elucidates how lactate and its epigenetic derivative, protein lactylation, orchestrate tumor metabolism, immune suppression, and therapeutic resistance.

Targeting DNA‐LNPs to Endothelial Cells Improves Expression Magnitude, Duration, and Specificity
Attaching antibodies against endothelial cell surface proteins redirects the delivery and expression of DNA‐lipid nanoparticles to organs of interest. Our targeted nanoparticles enable organ‐selective DNA expression in the endothelium of the lungs, brain, or spleen, providing a therapeutic platform for dozens of endothelial‐centric diseases.
