Subtype‐specific enhancer RNAs define transcriptional regulators and prognosis in breast cancers
This study employed machine learning methodologies to perform the subtype‐specific classification of RNA‐seq data sets, which are mapped on enhancers from TCGA‐derived breast cancer patients. Their integration with gene expression (referred to as ProxCReAM eRNAs) and chromatin accessibility profiles has the potential to identify lineage‐specific and ...

Concerning marginal singularities in the boundary-layer flow on a downstream-moving surface
The formation of separation singularities in solutions of the classical boundary-layer equations is studied numerically and analytically for the case of a two-dimensional incompressible steady flow near a solid surface moving in the direction of the main

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

A class of Petrov-Galerkin finite element methods for the numerical solution of the stationary convection-diffusion equation. [PDF]
A class of Petrov-Galerkin finite element methods is proposed for the numerical solution of the n dimensional stationary convection-diffusion equation.

Classical solutions of higher-derivative theories [PDF]
We present exact classical solutions of the higher-derivative theory that describes the dynamics of the position modulus of a probe brane within a five-dimensional bulk. The solutions can be interpreted as static or time-dependent throats connecting two parallel branes.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

The Classical Solutions of Two-dimensional Gravity [PDF]
The solutions of two-dimensional gravity following from a non-linear Lagrangian L = f(R) are classified, and their symmetry and singularity properties are described. Then a conformal transformation is applied to rewrite these solutions as analogous solutions of two-dimensional Einstein-dilaton gravity and vice versa.

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Maximal Solution Non Classical Differential Equation Association with Kurzweil Equations [PDF]
We prove some new results on existence of solutions to first-order non classical ordinary differential equations associated with Kurzweil equations. Our existence results lean on new definitions of lower and upper solutions introduced in this article ...

Rota-Baxter operators on the polynomial algebras, integration and averaging operators [PDF]
The concept of a Rota–Baxter operator is an algebraic abstraction of integration. Following this classical connection, we study the relationship between Rota–Baxter operators and integrals in the case of the polynomial algebra k[x] k[x] .
