Classification of neuroleptics
Abstract The number of neuroleptics available for psychiatric treatment is continually increasing, with nearly a score or more in clinical use throughout the world. Most are phenothiazine derivatives; others belong to the thioxanthene and butyrophenone groups, while reserpine is in the rauwolfia alkaloid series.

Identification of novel small molecule inhibitors of ETS transcription factors
ETS transcription factors play an essential role in tumourigenesis and are indispensable for sprouting angiogenesis, a hallmark of cancer, which fuels tumour expansion and dissemination. Thus, targeting ETS transcription factor function could represent an effective, multifaceted strategy to block tumour growth. The evolutionarily conserved E‐Twenty‐Six

Probabilistic Cascading for Large Scale Hierarchical Classification [PDF]
Hierarchies are frequently used for the organization of objects. Given a hierarchy of classes, two main approaches are used, to automatically classify new instances: flat classification and cascade classification. Flat classification ignores the hierarchy, while cascade classification greedily traverses the hierarchy from the root to the predicted leaf.

Supervised Ensemble Classification of Kepler Variable Stars [PDF]
Variable star analysis and classification is an important task in the understanding of stellar features and processes. While historically classifications have been done manually by highly skilled experts, the recent and rapid expansion in the quantity and quality of data has demanded new techniques, most notably automatic classification through ...

Graph neural networks and attention-based CNN-LSTM for protein classification [PDF]
This paper focuses on three critical problems on protein classification. Firstly, Carbohydrate-active enzyme (CAZyme) classification can help people to understand the properties of enzymes. However, one CAZyme may belong to several classes. This leads to Multi-label CAZyme classification. Secondly, to capture information from the secondary structure of

In lymphoid organs, antigen recognition and B cell receptor signaling rely on integrins and the cytoskeleton. Integrins act as mechanoreceptors, couple B cell receptor activation to cytoskeletal remodeling, and support immune synapse formation as well as antigen extraction.

Regular polyhedra in the 3-torus [PDF]
In this paper we discuss the classification rank $3$ lattices preserved by finite orthogonal groups of isometries and derive from it the classification of regular polyhedra in the $3$-dimensional torus. This classification is highly related to the classification of regular polyhedra in the $3$-space.
