Light Metabolically Reprograms CD8+ T Cells to Potentiate STING‐Driven Tumor Eradication and Prevent Metastasis

Low‐level light (LLL) rejuvenates exhausted CD8+ T cells, boosting STING‐driven tumor eradication and prevents metastasis. NanoSTING@Mn enhances CD8+ T cells infiltration while LLL restores its function expanding to progenitor‐exhausted cells. These cells form central memory T cells in lymphoid organs.
