AbstractDespite over 30 000 publications on proteomics in the last decade, and the accumulation of extensive interesting information on the human proteome in diverse observations, the clinical translation of proteomics to‐date has had major setbacks. I review here a roadmap for improving the success rate of clinical proteomics.
