On certain types of sets in ideal topological spaces
In the present article we introduce certain typical sets in an ideal topological space, some such corresponding versions in topological spaces being already there in the literature.

On Semi pre-generalized-closed sets
In this paper, a new class of called semi-pre-generalised closed set in topological space are introduced and studied. Also some of their properties have been investigated.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

The set of forms with bounded strength is not closed [PDF]
The strength of a homogeneous polynomial (or form) is the smallest length of an additive decomposition expressing it whose summands are reducible forms. Using polynomial functors, we show that the set of forms with bounded strength is not always Zariski ...

Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

Protein pyrophosphorylation by inositol pyrophosphates — detection, function, and regulation
Protein pyrophosphorylation is an unusual signaling mechanism that was discovered two decades ago. It can be driven by inositol pyrophosphate messengers and influences various cellular processes. Herein, we summarize the research progress and challenges of this field, covering pathways found to be regulated by this posttranslational modification as ...

An Efficient Closed-Set Lattice Approach for Mining Closed High Utility Patterns in the Incremental Database [PDF]
The utility of an itemset is the product of the profit and the frequency of the itemset in the database. If the utility of the itemset is larger than the given threshold, the itemset is defined as the high utility pattern.

Application of a Structured Water Generator for Crop Irrigation: Structured Water, Drought Tolerance, and Alteration of Plant Defense Mechanisms to Abiotic Stressors [PDF]
A greenhouse study was conducted to enhance drought tolerance in velvet bean plants (Mucuns pruriens) using structured irrigation water. The study combined magnetized seed treatments with watering plants with structured water treatments.

Perception of Nano Generalized t#-Closed Sets
In this paper, we introduce a new class of sets called nt#g-closed sets, which isstronger than ng-closed sets and weaker than n-closed ...

The Ile181Asn variant of human UDP‐xylose synthase (hUXS1), associated with a short‐stature genetic syndrome, has previously been reported as inactive. Our findings demonstrate that Ile181Asn‐hUXS1 retains catalytic activity similar to the wild‐type but exhibits reduced stability, a looser oligomeric state, and an increased tendency to precipitate ...
