Λg-CLOSED SETS WITH RESPECT TO AN IDEAL

open access: yesJournal of New Theory, 2015
− In this paper, the notions of IΛg-closed sets and IΛg-open sets are introduced. Characterizations and properties of such notions are obtained.

Some Properties of Interior and Closure in General Topology

open access: yesMathematics, 2019
We present the necessary and sufficient conditions that the intersection of an open set and a closed set becomes either an open set or a closed set. As their dualities, we further introduce the necessary and sufficient conditions that the union of a ...

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

DECOMPOSITIONS OF TOPOLOGICAL FUNCTIONS

open access: yesJournal of New Theory, 2016
Abstaract−We obtain new classes of sets by using λ-closed sets in topological spaces and study their basic properties; and their connections with other kind of topological sets.

When Compact Sets are -Closed

open access: yesAl-Nahrain Journal of Science, 2018
This paper is devoted to introduce new concepts so called K( c)-space several various theorems about these concepts are provided In addition, further properties are studied such as the relationships between those concepts and other types of K( c)-spaces are investigated.

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

On Nano πgα-Closed Sets

open access: yesJournal of New Theory, 2018
In this paper, we define and study the properties of a nano πgα-closed set which isa weaker form of a nano πg-closed set but strong than a nano πgp-closed sets and we define a newclass of sets called nano πgα-closed sets and some of their properties ...

Between *-Closed Sets and Iw-Closed Sets

open access: yesJournal of New Results in Science, 2013
–closed sets ( Iω-closed sets ) and further properties of Iˆg-closedsets are investigated. In this paper, we introduce the notion ofImω-closed sets and obtain the unified characterizations for certain families of subsets between -closed sets and Iω-closed setsin an ideal topological ...

MORPHOLOGICAL SAMPLING OF CLOSED SETS

open access: yesImage Analysis & Stereology, 2011
We briefiy survey the standard morphological approach (Heijmans, 1994) to the sampling (or discretization) of sets. Then we summarize the main results of our metric theory of sampling (Ronse and Tajine, 2000; 2001; 2002; Tajine and Ronse, 2002), which can be used to analyse several sampling schemes, in particular the morphological one.
