Operator valued Dirichlet problem in the plane [PDF]
We consider an operator valued Dirichlet problem for harmonic mappings and prove the existence of a Perron-like solution. To formulate the Perron’s construction we make use of Olson’s notion of spectral order.

Dormant cancer cells can hide in distant organs for years, evading treatment and the immune system. This review highlights how signals from the surrounding tissue and immune environment keep these cells inactive or trigger their reawakening. Understanding these mechanisms may help develop therapies to eliminate or control dormant cells and prevent ...

$r$-fuzzy regular semi open sets in smooth topological spaces [PDF]
In this paper, we introduce and study the concept of $r$-fuzzy regular semi open (closed) sets in smooth topological spaces. By using $r$-fuzzy regular semi open (closed) sets, we define a new fuzzy closure operator namely $r$-fuzzy regular semi interior

A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.

Fuzzy θ-closure operator on fuzzy topological spaces
The paper contains a study of fuzzy θ-closure operator, θ-closures of fuzzy sets in a fuzzy topological space are characterized and some of their properties along with their relation with fuzzy δ-closures are investigated.

We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Linear Programming Problems in Network Coding and Closure Operators via Partitions
A network is an acyclic directed graph in which there are sources that have some messages and want to transmit to receivers through the combination of messages in intermediate nodes.

Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.

Characterization of neighborhood operators based on neighborhood relationships
Neighborhood relationships play a pivotal role in rough set theory, addressing the limitations of equivalence relations. This article focuses on defining upper and lower approximation operators using neighborhood relationships and exploring their ...
