Hydrogel‐Based Vat Photopolymerization of Ceramics and Metals with Low Shrinkages via Repeated Infusion Precipitation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This work introduces an in situ precipitation strategy for the hydrogel‐based vat photopolymerization of architected ceramics and metals with reduced shrinkages and improved densities. Repeated infusion‐precipitation significantly increases metal loading within the hydrogels, which improves part quality after thermal conversion.

Tunable Enhancement of T Cell Expansion Through Modulation of Stiffness and Adhesion Receptor Engagement in an Engineered Hydrogel Platform

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We develop a hydrogel scaffold with controlled substrate stiffness and ligand functionalization for cell culture. Stiff substrates presenting CD3/CD28/CD2 ligands induce 2000‐fold expansion of T cells; this is 68% greater than the clinical standard (Dynabeads) and the first hydrogel capable of large‐scale expansion. Although expanding at a lower yield,

Directed Acyclic Graph-Based Blockchain Performance Analysis and Its Secure Operation in Opportunistic Networks

open access: yesIET Software
Directed acyclic graph (DAG)-based blockchain is a promising paradigm of a blockchain system. During DAG-based consensus processes, nodes generate blocks in parallel, as well as voting YES on the previous blocks.
