Constraint Logic Programming has been successful as a programming language, and more recently, as a model of executable specifications. There have been numerous works which use CLP to model programs and which use an adaptation of the CLP proof system for proving certain properties, for example, the XMC system [3] uses SLG resolution on alternation-free

We propose a parametric introduction of intensionally defined sets into any \(CLP(\mathcal \{D\})\) language. The result is a language \(CLP({\mathcal \{D\}})\), where constraints over sets of elements of \(\mathcal D\) and over sets of sets of elements, and so on, can be expressed.

CLP and constraint abstraction
Proceedings of the 16th ACM SIGPLAN-SIGACT symposium on Principles of programming languages - POPL '89, 1989CLP*(D) is a class of constraint logic programming languages which incorporates the notion of abstraction. Predicates in CLP*(D) are (potentially) infinite rational trees which represent abstractions of constraint expressions. This view of predicates as constraint abstractions was motivated by the language Scheme, where closures are viewed as ...

CLP: A Platform for Competitive Learning
2022We introduce the Competitive Learning Platform (CLP), an online continuous improvement tool that provides automatic partial performance feedback to students or groups of students on individual or collaborative assignments. CLP motivates students to do their best and come up with new solutions that can lead to improved assignment results before the ...

Extending CLP with Metaheuristics
2003Modern Constraint Logic Programming (CLP) systems have a number of approved features like their declarative programming language, the incorporation of sophisticated search space pruning and propagation algorithms as well as deterministic complete search algorithms.
