Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) panels have many structural benefits but do not have much thermal resistance. We have developed a solution to insulate CLT structures that uses high-performance insulation panels that provide R-values up to R40/inch.

ABSTRACT This study examines multilingual practices in research interviews, focusing on English lexical insertions in Chinese‐language research interviews with teachers of Chinese in Australian secondary schools, and treating these code‐switches as analytically meaningful rather than incidental.

Specification Tests for Jump‐Diffusion Models Based on the Characteristic Function
Summary Goodness‐of‐fit tests are suggested for several popular jump‐diffusion processes. The suggested test statistics utilise the marginal characteristic function of the model and its L2‐type discrepancy from an empirical counterpart. Model parameters are estimated either by minimising the aforementioned L2‐type discrepancy or by maximum likelihood ...

Signalling servant leadership: How followers interpret leader behaviours
Abstract Based on over 25 years of studies on servant leadership and multiple meta‐analyses, we can safely say servant leadership positively affects individuals, teams, and organizations. Yet to reap these benefits, followers need to recognize leaders' behaviours as servant leadership.

Quantitative CLTs in deep neural networks
We study the distribution of a fully connected neural network with random Gaussian weights and biases in which the hidden layer widths are proportional to a large constant $n$. Under mild assumptions on the non-linearity, we obtain quantitative bounds on normal approximations valid at large but finite $n$ and any fixed network depth.

ABSTRACT Academic Summary Despite the urgent need for a circular economy, firms' transition from linear to circular business models (CBMs) remains slow. While previous research suggests that dynamic capabilities are the key drivers of this transition, it assumes a direct link, overlooking that these capabilities can facilitate change but do not ...

Adaptive Estimation for Weakly Dependent Functional Times Series
ABSTRACT We propose adaptive mean and autocovariance function estimators for stationary functional time series under 𝕃p−m‐approximability assumptions. These estimators are designed to adapt to the regularity of the curves and to accommodate both sparse and dense data designs.
