Non-equilibrium dynamics from RPMD and CMD [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
We investigate the calculation of approximate non-equilibrium quantum time correlation functions (TCFs) using two popular path-integral-based molecular dynamics methods, ring-polymer molecular dynamics (RPMD) and centroid molecular dynamics (CMD).

Adapting WHO drowning prevention strategies for children in Indonesia: barriers, enablers, and policy perspectives for LMICs

open access: yesThe Lancet Regional Health - Southeast Asia
Summary: Drowning is among the top five causes of child mortality in some parts of Indonesia yet remains neglected in national health policy. This study explored how World Health Organization (WHO)-recommended drowning prevention strategies can be ...

Hijacking the Host Clock: A Nematode Effector Antagonizes Soybean Circadian Defense and Translation Control

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Soybean employs its circadian clock, governed by GmCCA1, to rhythmically defend against soybean cyst nematodes. The pathogen retaliates by secreting the effector Hg4E02, which hijacks the clock to suppress defense and co‐opt the host's translation machinery for nutrient acquisition.

Identifying New Resistance to Cassava Mosaic Disease and Validating Markers for the CMD2 Locus

open access: yesAgriculture, 2021
Cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) is a crucial staple crop, and provides carbohydrate energy to more than half a billion people in the tropics. Cassava mosaic disease (CMD) is the most important disease of cassava in Africa.

SpaMode: A Broadly Applicable Framework for Deciphering Spatial Multi‐Omics Using Multimodal Mixture of Disentangled Experts

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
SpaMode introduces a versatile framework for spatial multi‐omics integration across vertical, horizontal, and mosaic scenarios. By disentangling modality‐invariant and variant features through a mixture‐of‐experts mechanism, it adaptively reconfigures spatially heterogeneous signals.

Balancing Stealth and Targetability: cCPP‐ and PEG‐Modified Liposomes for the Targeted Delivery of Anti‐HER2 Nanobodies

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study addresses the rapid renal clearance of anti‐HER2 nanobodies by developing specialized liposomal carriers. It details the formulation of dual modified liposomes, demonstrating how PEGylation preserves structural integrity and cell‐penetrating peptides enhance cellular interaction.
