Evaluation of Serum Methotrexate Level by Using Chemiluminescent Microparticle Immuno Assay (CMIA)

Analytical Chemistry Letters, 2018
Methotrexate (MTX) plays important treatment modalities for several paediatric cancers. Several automated binding assays and chromatographic methods was developed for estimating Methotrexate levels...

Multi-Site Analytical Evaluation of a Chemiluminescent Magnetic Microparticle Immunoassay (CMIA) for Sirolimus on the Abbott ARCHITECT Analyzer

Clinical Biochemistry, 2009
This study evaluated a new chemiluminescent magnetic microparticle immunoassay (CMIA) for sirolimus on the ARCHITECT analyzer.Patient and laboratory proficiency samples were tested at three European sites and one site in the United States. The CMIA total %CV's were all or=0.94 at 2 sites and mean biases of 5.4% and 6.9%.CMIA is a precise and sensitive ...

A New Application of Bioorganometallics: The First Simultaneous Triple Assay by the Carbonylmetalloimmunoassay (CMIA) Method

Journal of Organometallic Chemistry, 1999
The first example of simultaneous triple carbonylmetalloimmunoassay (CMIA), a non-isotopic immunological method, is presented herein. This method, originally developed for mono-assays, uses various transition metal carbonyl complexes as labels and sensitive quantitation of these tracers by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, thanks to the ...

Production of Specific Antibodies and Development of a Non-Isotopic Immunoassay for Carbamazepine by the Carbonyl Metallo-Immunoassay (CMIA) Method

Journal of Immunological Methods, 1995
As part of our ongoing work to extend the range of applications of the non-isotopic carbonyl metalloimmunoassay (CMIA), previously developed in our laboratory, we describe here the first CMIA study of carbamazepine. The CMIA method uses a metal carbonyl complex as a non-isotopic tracer, and in this case we chose to employ the dicobalt hexacarbonyl ...

Carbonylmetalloimmunoassay (CMIA) a New Type of Non-Radioisotopic Immunoassay: Principles and Application to Phenobarbital Assay

Journal of Immunological Methods, 1992
A new non-radioisotopic immunoassay procedure, which we have termed carbonylmetalloimmunoassay (CMIA), is described. The tracers used in this approach are organometallic carbonyl complexes that can be detected at femtomole levels (300-700 fmol) by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy.

A novel current mode instrumentation amplifier (CMIA) topology

IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, 2000
A novel CMIA configuration based on CCII+ is presented. Some of the advantages of this configuration over the traditional Voltage Mode Instrumentation Amplifier (VMIA) are: a wideband differential voltage gain independent of gain magnitude and a high common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) without requiring well-matched resistors.

CMIA for Biomedical and Low-Voltage Low-Power Applications

2018
In this chapter, current-mode instrumentation amplifiers (CMIA) suitable for biomedical and low-voltage low-power applications are reviewed. The design requirements and the techniques used to meet them are discussed. One of the major problems of biomedical interfaces is the necessity to attach at least three electrodes to patient body which causes ...
