Orchestrating Green Transformation: How AI Adoption Enables Corporate Carbon Neutrality

open access: yesCorporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT As carbon neutrality has become a central goal of global climate governance, how firms achieve low‐carbon transformation has emerged as a critical research issue. However, prior studies have primarily focused on macro‐ or industry‐level analyses, offering limited and fragmented insights into how digital technologies—particularly AI—affect firm‐

Carbon Nanopatch‐Decorated Defect‐Rich Regions for Stable Zinc Metal Anodes

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.
To improve the stability of Zn anodes, a carbon‐nanopatch strategy based on candle‐flame pyrolysis is proposed. After rinsing, carbon nanoparticles are mainly retained in defect‐rich regions on the Zn surface, where they help alleviate local field intensification, improve interfacial uniformity, and mitigate parasitic reactions.

Changes in body length and body weight of female WT and CNP-KO rats that received vehicle or CNP-53 for 28 days. [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
Changes in naso-anal body length (Δ body length) in CNP-KO rats (A) and WT rats (B), and changes in body weight (Δ body weight) in CNP-KO rats (C) and WT rats (D). Each value shown is the mean + SE.

Increased circulating bioactive C-type natriuretic peptide is associated with reduced heart rate variability in patients with chronic kidney disease

open access: yesBMC Nephrology, 2018
Background C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) is a member of the natriuretic peptide family and have been implicated to be involved in maintaining vascular homeostasis and acting as a cardiac chronotropic agent in experimental studies.

C-type natriuretic peptide stimulates osteoblastic proliferation and collagen-X expression but suppresses fibroblast growth factor-23 expression in vitro

open access: yesPediatric Rheumatology Online Journal, 2020
Background The effects of C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) and fibroblast growth factor (FGF)-23 appear to oppose each other during the process of bone formation, whereas few studies exist on the interaction between CNP and FGF-23.

Therapeutic effect of C-type natriuretic peptide on persistent pain in a rat knee arthritis model

open access: yesJournal of Orthopaedic Surgery, 2023
Background Intra-articular injection of C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) at the acute inflammatory stage suppressed fibrotic changes in the infrapatellar fat pad (IFP), articular cartilage degeneration, and persistent pain in a monoiodoacetic acid (MIA ...

Cardiac remodelling in the era of the recommended four pillars heart failure medical therapy

open access: yesESC Heart Failure, Volume 12, Issue 2, Page 1029-1044, April 2025.
Abstract Cardiac remodelling is a key determinant of worse cardiovascular outcome in patients with heart failure (HF) and reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). It affects both the left ventricle (LV) structure and function as well as the left atrium (LA) and the right ventricle (RV).

ProCNP and CNP are expressed primarily in male genital organs [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
Lack of knowledge about the cellular origin of C-type natriuretic peptides (CNP) in the body has hampered the understanding of their biology. We examined the tissue specific expression of proCNP and CNP in the pig. The concentration of the CNP precursor,

Quality of Spontaneous and Backslopped Fermented Cassava Flour From Different Cassava Landraces and Sensory Acceptability of the Cooked Dough

open access: yesFood Chemistry International, EarlyView.
The cooked Oko‐iyawo spontaneously fermented cassava flour's sensory acceptability was correlated with its amylose content, pH, pasting temperature, and water absorption capability. Cassava processors may be able to create consistently high‐quality fermented cassava flour for various end users with the use of the information provided in this study ...

CNP is present in canine renal tubular cells and secreted by cultured opossum kidney cells [PDF]

open access: yes, 1994
C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) is a vasoactive and antimitogenic peptide that is structurally similar but genetically distinct from atrial natriuretic peptide. While first discovered in the brain, CNP has been shown to be produced by endothelial cells
