Kinetic Study on Lubricity of MoDTC as a Friction Modifier

open access: yesTribology Online, 2019
The temperature dependence of friction coefficient of lubricant oils containing MoDTC was evaluated using a ball on disk tribometer at constant temperatures of 25, 40, 60 and 80°C.

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Co-Creation and bridging theory-method divides

open access: yes, 2020
In this chapter, we explore the possibilities and challenges posed by Co-Creation as a knowledge practice that is more than a ‘novel method’ for addressing urban inequality, disadvantage and territorial stigmatisation. CoCreation is informed by a diverse

Multi-vortex tornado blueprint for disruptive global co-creation (inspired by EUvsVirus) : hackathons vs grand challenges

open access: yes, 2023
Since its burst in early 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic has deeply affected every aspect of daily life, from international trade and travelling to restrictions on an individual level, becoming a complex multi-level and highly multi-faceted problem.

An Investigation into Value Co-creation in Service Supply Chains [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
In service supply chains, customers select a service provider with whom value would be maximized through the interaction between the service provider and the customer.

Knowledge co-creation: The role of tourism consultants

open access: yes, 2021
Within the field of development aid, there is evidence of a shift in the knowledge exchange process where consultants are transitioning from unidirectional knowledge transfer approaches to more interactive methods based on co-creation.

Organizing the interface—Plasma membrane architecture and receptor dynamics in virus‐cell interactions

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...

Epigenetic blind spots – the role of DNA methylation dynamics in stem cell‐based models of embryogenesis

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.
