, 2001 Analog/Digital Co-Design is the central part of a design methodology for mixed signal systems. Additional degrees of freedom, provided by an enlarged design space, are mapped onto a space of possible implementations. An algorithmic analysis of this implementation space is used to find an optimized choice of architecture and an optimized partitioning.
