ODSEI Chip: An Open 3D Microfluidic Platform for Studying Tumor Spheroid‐Endothelial Interactions
The ODSEI chip, a novel 3D‐microarray platform, co‐cultures tumor spheroids on the vasculature, enabling drug treatment and specific spheroid extraction. The ODSEI chip demonstrates reduced tamoxifen sensitivity within spheroids when interacting with endothelial cells.

This article demonstrates that the peptide bxyPenetratin (bxyWP) non‐covalently binds to the anti‐vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) protein aflibercept via hydrophobic interactions, enabling noninvasive delivery of aflibercept to the choroid and retina through conjunctival‐scleral pathway and effective inhibition of choroidal neovascularization

This study develops an integrated platform for real‐time, on‐the‐fly imaging of focused ultrasound‐induced cell ablation and responses at cellular and subcellular levels. It reveals that focused ultrasound could induce cellular mechanolysis through subcellular cavitation bubbles growing under confined contact with cells.
