This research proposes a sustainable model for revitalizing abandoned coastal ponds in Indonesia by integrating waqf and permaculture water design. Conventional industrial practices in coastal pond management, characterized by using artificial chemicals, have led to significant environmental degradation, contradicting Islamic principles.
