Phosphoinositides and inositol phosphates as molecular glues
Inositol phosphates (IPs) and phosphoinositides (PIPs) regulate diverse eukaryotic processes. Beyond recruiting signaling proteins or acting as structural cofactors, recent studies suggest they mediate protein–protein interactions as natural molecular glues.

Reverse Concatenated Coded Modulation for High-Speed Optical Communication
We propose the reverse concatenated code as a forward error correction (FEC) scheme suitable for beyond 100-Gb/s optical transmission. In this scheme, BCH code is used as inner code and low-density parity-check (LDPC) code as outer code.

Inositol pyrophosphates are energy‐rich signaling molecules that perform critical functions in cells. Three different families of phosphatases hydrolyze the β phosphate of the inositol pyrophosphate molecules: two have narrow specificities and one is promiscuous.

Design and analysis strategies for robust microbiome ageing research
The gut microbiome changes with age and associates with age‐related morbidity and mortality, establishing it as a potential biomarker and intervention target for ageing. Realising this potential requires methodological rigour, yet distinguishing biological signals from methodological artefacts remains challenging across cohorts. This review provides an

Bit-Interleaved Sphere-Packing-Aided Iteratively Detected Space-Time Coded Modulation [PDF]
We design a bit-interleaved space-time coded modulation scheme using iterative decoding (BI-STCM-ID) combined with a new multidimensional mapping scheme invoking sphere-packing (SP) modulation, which we refer to as the space-time block-coded sphere ...

Adaptive turbo trellis coded modulation aided distributed space-time trellis coding for cooperative communications [PDF]
In this contribution, we propose an adaptive Turbo Trellis Coded Modulation (TTCM) aided Distributed Space-Time Trellis Coding (STTC) scheme for cooperative communication over quasi-static Rayleigh fading channels.

Cancer progression is regulated by the dynamic matrix code of the tumor microenvironment, which influences cellular behavior and disease development. Importantly, matrix remodeling in three‐dimensional cancer models more accurately reflects in vivo conditions compared to conventional two‐dimensional systems.

Coded Modulation Assisted Radial Basis Function Aided Turbo Equalisation for Dispersive Rayleigh Fading Channels [PDF]
In this contribution a range of Coded Modulation (CM) assisted Radial Basis Function (RBF) based Turbo Equalisation (TEQ) schemes are investigated when communicating over dispersive Rayleigh fading channels.

The role of miR‐335‐5p in the redifferentiation of BRAF p.V600E thyroid cancers
The BRAF p.V600E mutation promotes thyroid cancer dedifferentiation and radioiodine resistance. Using a network approach, we identified miR‐335‐5p as a key regulator of BRAF‐mutated thyroid tumors. Restoring miR‐335‐5p increased thyroid‐specific gene expression and iodine uptake in cells and organoids.

Space-Time Block Coded Adaptive Modulation Aided OFDM [PDF]
Space-time block codes provide substantial diversity advantages for multiple transmit antenna systems at a low decoding complexity. In this contribution, we investigate the achievable diversity advantages in the context of adaptive modulation aided turbo
