Common Femoral Vein Wall Thickness as a Diagnostic Marker for Behçet's Disease: A Case‐Control Study
ABSTRACT Background and Aims Recent publications have highlighted the potential diagnostic value of measuring common femoral vein (CFV) wall thickness in Behçet's Disease (BD). The diagnosis of BD remains a clinical challenge. The objective of this study is to evaluate the utility of venous Doppler ultrasound measurement of CFV wall thickness as a ...

Hypertrophic scars and keloids highlight distinct epidemiology, multifactorial triggers (genetic, mechanical, medical), and dysregulated signaling hubs (TGF‐β, Integrin‐FAK, Wnt/β‐catenin). Emerging interventions targeting fibroblast plasticity, inflammation, and biomechanics via gene editing, immune modulation, and biomaterials are increasingly ...

Acute Myocardial Infarction: Molecular Pathogenesis, Diagnosis, and Clinical Management
Key pathogenic mechanisms in AMI. Oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction induce ROS accumulation, while DAMPs‐PRRs interaction triggers inflammatory cascades. Programmed cell death pathways and epigenetic regulation collectively constitute the core components of AMI pathogenesis.

▪ Background and Purpose NLRP3 is up‐regulated in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. The development of NLRP3 inhibitors is challenged by the identification of compounds with distinct mechanisms of action avoiding side effects and toxicity. Triptolide is a natural product with multiple anti‐inflammatory activities, but a narrow therapeutic window ...
