Acetylation Variability in Elderly Tunisians: Implications for Isoniazid Dose Individualization
Abstract The relationship between age and isoniazid acetylation phenotype remains insufficiently characterized, particularly in elderly populations, where pharmacokinetic variability and susceptibility to toxicity may be increased. This study aimed to characterize isoniazid acetylation phenotypes in elderly Tunisian patients using a phenotypic index ...

This study reports a 25.2% incidence of acute pericardial effusion following vein of Marshall ethanol infusion for persistent atrial fibrillation. The extent of the resulting low‐voltage area was identified as an independent predictor of pericardial effusion, reflecting the magnitude of chemical injury.

Clinical Features and Therapeutic Outcomes in Pyoderma Gangrenosum: A Prospective Cohort Study
ABSTRACT Background Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a rare neutrophilic dermatosis highly associated with systemic comorbidities. Accurate diagnosis and treatment remain challenging due to its rarity and clinical mimickers. Objectives To evaluate demographic, clinical features and treatment outcomes in patients referred with suspected PG at a tertiary ...
