Toward Personalized Theranostics: A Modular PET Platform for Antibody‐Based Imaging and Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This modular, site‐specific antibody platform enables customizable conjugates for PET imaging and therapy. Interchangeable payloads – including radiometals, cytotoxics, and fluorophores – support adaptable, multimodal applications with limited off‐target effects. In vivo, the DFO/DOTAGA bischelate immunoconjugate provided clear tumor delineation in PET/

Statistical Analysis of the Tensile Strength of Cold Recycled Cement-Treated Materials and Its Influence on Pavement Design

open access: yesInfrastructures
The tensile behavior of cold recycled cement-treated mixtures (CRCTMs), typically produced through full-depth reclamation (FDR), is critical for pavement design.

Effects of Activated Cold Regenerant on Pavement Properties of Emulsified Asphalt Cold Recycled Mixture

open access: yesMaterials
Limited recovery of the viscoelastic properties of aged asphalt on RAP surfaces at ambient temperature reduces interface fusion and bonding with new emulsified asphalt, degrading pavement performance and limiting large-scale promotion and high-value applications of the emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture (EACRM).

Deubiquitination of Vangl by USP6 and USP32 Regulates Planar Cell Polarity Signaling

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Compartment‐specific deubiquitination controls Vangl dosage and planar cell polarity signaling. USP6 and USP32 regulate distinct subcellular pools of Vangl by removing distinct ubiquitin modifications from Vangl proteins. This regulatory mechanism safeguards PCP‐dependent embryonic morphogenesis, while aberrant USP32‐dependent stabilization of VANGL ...

Evaluation of properties of mineral-cement-emulsion mixtures after 10 years of performance in field test sections

open access: yesRoads and Bridges
In recent years, cold recycling using mineral-cement-emulsion (MCE) mixtures has become a common practice in the reconstruction of the old, deteriorated roads.

RECYCLING WITH ENDOGENEOUS CONSUMER PARTICIPATION [PDF]

open access: yes
We show that the cost of sorting and the network effects jointly determine the rate of participation of consumers in the process of recycling. The dominant producer of virgin material takes into account the recycling activities when it makes its pricing ...

Bone Marrow Macrophage STING Signaling is a Direct Nexus Linking Marrow Adipose Expansion to NAD+ Depletion and Osteogenic Decline in Skeletal Aging

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study reveals that during skeletal aging, bone marrow adipocyte‐derived sDPP4 primes STING signaling in macrophages. In combination with mitochondrial DNA, this signaling activates CD38 and depletes local NAD+/NMN, thereby impairing osteogenesis.

Cold-In-Place Asphalt Recycling

open access: yes, 2020
Recikliranje asfaltnih kolnika je ponovno korištenje materijala postojećih asfaltnih kolničkih konstrukcija. Metode recikliranja ovisno o mjestu recikliranja dijelimo na „in situ“ i „in plant“ postupak, a ovisno o temperaturi reciklirane mješavine ...

Molecular Glue Degraders Enhance CAPRIN1‐Dependent Lysosomal Degradation of APP and Reduce Amyloid β in Alzheimer's Disease

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A new class of lysosome‐directed molecular glue degraders selectively enhance CAPRIN1–APP interactions, driving APP degradation and reducing amyloid‐β production in human neurons and Alzheimer's disease mouse models. This CAPRIN1‐dependent targeted protein degradation strategy reveals a previously unrecognized therapeutic approach for disrupting the ...

Application of water-organic emulsions for the recovery of asphalt concrete

open access: yesMATEC Web of Conferences, 2018
Old asphalt utilization by means of its recycling and re-use in road construction is becoming increasingly important. Its technical and economic efficiency is proved and, in some countries, it reaches ten millions of tons per year.
