Targeting LDHA Palmitoylation Sensitizes GBM to Chemoradiotherapy via Suppressing Palmitic Acid Induced Glycolytic Reprogramming

Mesenchymal GSCs preferentially uptake palmitic acid, thereby promoting ZDHHC12‐mediated LDHA palmitoylation. This modification enhances LDHA enzymatic activity, drives glycolytic reprogramming, and facilitates exosomal LDHA‐mediated TAM regulation.

Printing‐Assisted Integration of Thermal, Fluidic and Electrical Components in Implants for Focal Brain Cooling

Extrusion‐based 3D printing of silicones and discrete electronic components are combined to create cortical implants for rodents that integrate thermal neuromodulation and electrical recording. Linked to an autonomous auxiliary driver unit, the system enables rapid, stable and localized hypothermia alongside ECoG recording.

A Gut‐Brain Axis Underlying Succinate‐Associated Compulsive‐Like Behavior

Gut‐derived succinate is associated with an excitatory‐inhibitory imbalance in dmPFC glutamatergic neurons, involving microglial SUCNR1 activation and vagal afferent signaling via upregulated gut 5‐HT4 receptors along the DVC‐CeA‐dmPFC circuit, changes that are linked to excessive compulsive‐like behavior.

Platycodon grandiflorus–Derived Nanovesicles Sensitize Gastric Cancer to T Cell Killing via Ferroptosis‐Driven Membrane Mechanical Remodeling

Plant‐derived nanovesicles from Platycodon grandiflorus act as bioactive lipid delivery platforms that transport γ‐linolenic acid into gastric cancer cells. This lipid cargo promotes ferroptotic lipid peroxidation, remodels membrane mechanics, and increases tumor‐cell susceptibility to cytotoxic T‐cell attack.

Beyond the Oxo‐Wall: Synthesis and Reactivity of a Six‐Coordinate Formally CoIV‐Oxo Complex

We present the first example of a six‐coordinate formally Co(IV)‐oxo complex, [Co(TQA)(O)(OH)]+ (1), which exists as an admixture of CoIV‐oxo and CoIII‐oxyl resonance structures. Complex 1 is capable of performing oxygen atom transfer reactions and abstracting moderately strong hydrogen atoms at rates faster than other characterized CoIV‐oxo compounds.
