Photovoltaic power communication management system based on SoC FPGA
A design method of photovoltaic power communication management system based on SoC FPGA is introduced in this paper. The system uses the new-type SoC FPGA integrated with ARM hardcore process as its main control chip, which divides the work of operation ...

Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

Designing for children’s reflections in collaborative interaction mediated by technology: A systematic literature review [PDF]
Reflection is an integral part of collaborative interaction. However, we know little about how to design for reflection in collaborative activities mediated by technologies.

This review summarizes the transcription factors, repressive chromatin‐modifying complexes, and epigenetic mechanisms that control fetal hemoglobin repression. Notably, many regulators of γ‐globin silencing also function in transcriptional and epigenetic networks that drive cancer, highlighting opportunities to translate advances in hemoglobinopathy ...

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

A Knowledge Based Collaborative Design Environment [PDF]
In this paper, we propose an agent based collaborative design environment in which human designers and software agents interact with each other, exchange design information and keep track of state information to assist with collaborative design. First of

Evolutionarily divergent DUF4465 domains have a common vitamin B12‐binding function
We show that DUF4465 family proteins, widespread across bacteria from gut microbiomes, hydrothermal vents, and soil, share a common vitamin B12‐binding function. These augmented β‐jellyroll proteins bind vitamin B12 via extended loops. Our findings establish sequence‐diverse DUF4465 proteins as a widespread class of B12‐binding proteins, highlighting ...
