A case report of Peutz–Jeghers syndrome in a child with Crohn's disease

Analysis of colorectal polyp in pediatric patients: A retrospective study from a tertiary center

The most common cause of rectal bleeding in childhood is colonic polyps. Approximately 90% of colorectal polyps observed in pediatric patients are solitary juvenile polyps, typically located in the rectosigmoid region.
