Tumor‐Tissue Boundaries as Instructive Interfaces in Breast Cancer Cell Invasion
Tumor‐tissue boundaries reprogram metastatic breast cancer cells, enhancing invasiveness through an instructive, not permissive, mechanism. Using a 3D collagen I‐based tumor‐tissue interface model, single‐cell analysis, and simulations, this study shows that all cells can transmigrate without selective filtering, highlighting a targetable process in ...

This study presents an engineered probiotic platform, iRGD‐mRBC@FOLactis, combining red blood cell membrane cloaking and tumor‐penetrating peptide iRGD for enhanced PD‐1 blockade. The platform improves tumor targeting, immune cell activation and therapeutic efficacy in lung cancer, demonstrating significant promise in overcoming PD‐1/PD‐L1 therapy ...

This study elucidates how DCAF12 facilitates non‐degradative ubiquitination to stabilize TRiC/CCT, thereby enhancing the folding capacity of chaperonins. This mechanism promotes the maturation of cytoskeletal proteins and activates key oncogenic drivers, including YAP, STAT3, and mTOR, ultimately driving metastatic progression in lung cancer.

Hypoxia triggers lactylation of PRMT1 at K134/K145, enhancing its methyltransferase activity to asymmetrically dimethylate vimentin R64. This post‐translational cascade promotes vimentin filament assembly, cytoskeletal remodeling, and tumor metastasis, with PRMT1 inhibition (MS023) reducing metastatic colonization.
