Center Coloring in Graph Operations

open access: yesOALib, 2021
Center coloring Cc(G) is a kind of coloring that is to color the vertices of a graph G is such a way that if vertices have different distances from the center then they must receive different colors. Two adjacent vertices can receive the same color. In this paper we observed the behavior of the center coloring under several graph operations such as ...

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Optimizing the Electrical Interface for Large-Scale Color-Center Quantum Processors

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering
Quantum processors based on color centers in diamond are promising candidates for future large-scale quantum computers thanks to their flexible optical interface, (relatively) high operating temperature, and high-fidelity operation.

Photon antibunching in the fluorescence of individual color centers in diamond

open access: yes, 2000
We have observed photon antibunching in the fluorescence light emitted from a single N-V center in diamond at room temperature. The possibility of generating triggerable single photons with such a solide state system is discussedComment: 4 pages, 4 ...

Infrared laser sampling of low volumes combined with shotgun lipidomics reveals lipid markers in palatine tonsil carcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

Single Crystal Growth of LiF with OH- and Mg2+ Activators and Evaluation of Optical Characteristics of Color Centers Induced by Ionizing γ- Radiation [PDF]

open access: yesمجله علوم و فنون هسته‌ای, 2016
Crystal of LiF were grown by a home-made Czochralski system using MgF2 (0.05%), LiOH (0.1%) and Li2CO3 (0.05%) powders as the impurities after purification by the zone-melting method.

Phenotypic and genotypic characterization of single circulating tumor cells in the follow‐up of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

Circular RNA expression landscapes in myelodysplastic neoplasms: Associations with mutational signatures and disease progression

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
In this explorative study, the abundance of circular RNA molecules in bone marrow stem cells was found to be elevated in patients with high‐risk myelodysplastic neoplasms, and to be associated with an increased risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.
