Conserved horn gene modules and cis‐regulatory variation fine‐tune expression networks underlying horn development and size (small scurs vs. large spiral horns).

Objective Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a heterogeneous autoimmune disease characterized by clinical and molecular heterogeneity, notably in the presence of anti–cyclic citrullinated peptide (CCP) antibodies. Patients with CCP+ RA exhibit more severe disease progression and distinct treatment responses compared to patients with CCP− RA.

Aim Imatinib pharmacokinetics exhibit large interindividual variability because of differences in CYP3A4 activity—the main imatinib‐metabolizing enzyme. While therapeutic drug monitoring is effective, it requires steady‐state conditions and frequent sampling.
