Gastric cancer‐derived exosomal TAGLN2 is identified as a key mediator of vascular reprogramming, with significantly elevated levels detected in patient serum. Independent of canonical SEMA4D signaling, it nucleates a cytoplasmic TAGLN2/NRP1/SEMA4D ternary complex that dually activates YAP, promoting angiogenesis, vascular dysfunction, and metastasis ...

ABSTRACT The E3 ubiquitin ligase tripartite motif 27 (TRIM27) is a negative regulator of NF‐κB activation and the innate immune response, and TRIM27 deficiency significantly impairs dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)‐induced colitis. The function of TRIM27 in intestinal epithelial cells (IECs), the mechanism by which TRIM27 inhibits the NF‐κB pathway and its

Schematic diagram of our study showing that highly expressed POU2F1 in colorectal cancer (CRC) can directly accelerate the cytosolic lactate export to decrease PPP1R11 lactylation at K59, thereby attenuating the E3 ligase enzyme activity and protein stability of PPP1R11, which inhibits the ubiquitination of MDR2 at K413 and K538 but increases the ...

Primary colorectal lymphoma, carcinoids (neuroendocrine tumors), and gastrointestinal stromal tumors comprise a small subset of all colorectal cancers. Their features are unique, and their treatment varies from that of colorectal adenocarcinoma. Appropriate identification is key in the management of these tumors.

Colorectal neoplasm and acromegaly
Pituitary, 2006The risk for colorectal carcinoma in acromegaly remains controversial. In our earlier study, we have demonstrated that the risk of colorectal carcinoma in Asian Indians with acromegaly is not increased and after this report, routine colonoscopy in our patients with acromegaly was abandoned.
