Models for Cometary Comae Containing Negative Ions
The presence of negative ions (anions) in cometary comae is known from Giotto mass spectrometry of IP/Halley. The anions O(-), OH(-), C(-), CH(-) and CN(-) have been detected, as well as unidentified anions with masses 22-65 and 85-110 amu [I].

From armadillos to sloths: Patterns and variations in xenarthran coronary anatomy
Abstract Species of the superorder Xenarthra play a vital ecological role in the Neotropics. Despite their evolutionary significance, anatomical studies on their coronary circulation remain scarce. This study investigated the coronary anatomy of 82 hearts from nine Xenarthra species across the Dasypodidae, Myrmecophagidae, and Bradypodidae.

Abstract Intermittent hypobaric hypoxia (IHH) enhances oxygen transport, muscle metabolism, and cardiovascular health; however, the combined effects of hypobaria and cold are less well understood. Exposure to these stressful environmental factors, even intermittently, can affect skeletal muscle due to its plasticity, thereby altering its metabolic and ...

Photoionization and Photodissociation Rates across a Solar Cycle
Unattenuated photoionization and photodissociation rate coefficients are calculated using solar spectral irradiance measurements across a continuous solar cycle spanning 2004–2014. These rates are organized by corresponding daily F _10.7 P indices, where
