Keratin recovered from animal‐hair textile waste is fractionated and blended with cellulose to produce continuously spun hybrid fibers. Selecting the high‐molecular‐weight keratin fraction enables 30 wt.% keratin incorporation while maintaining high strength in dry and wet states.

Electrical‐Programming‐Free Neural Crossbars Enabled by Photochemical Weight Patterning
A flexible neural‐crossbar hardware system enabled by electrical‐programming‐free, mask‐defined, array‐parallel photochemical weight patterning is demonstrated. Trained weights are physically implemented across the array, supporting multilevel programming, bending‐stable operation and reconfiguration, substrate reuse, and low‐energy readout while ...

On some applications of Ant Colony Optimization metaheuristic to structural
Ant colony optimization metaheuristic (ACO) represents a new class of algorithms particularly suited to solve real- world combinatorial optimization problems. ACO algorithms, published for the first time in 1991 by M. Dorigo and his co-workers, have been

This work reveals the UV‐curing‐induced monomer‐rich domain, oligomer‐rich domain, and entangled oligomer domain. The cured submicron films in stressed state induce interlayer nano‐wrinkle structures during the deposition of the second layer. Stress‐free cured films in relaxed state form non‐diffusive, diffusive and semi‐diffusive interlayer ...

Cost Propagation – Numerical Propagation for Optimization Problems
We investigate cost propagation for solving combinatorial optimization problems with finite domain variables, expressed as an additive component model. Cost propagation combines ideas from both constraint programming and integer programming into a single

Full‐Field Damage Monitoring in Architected Lattices Using In situ Electrical Impedance Tomography
In situ electrical impedance tomography (EIT) turns 3D‐printed, CNT‐infused architected lattices into full‐field damage‐imaging systems. Tunable Voronoi‐based geometries act as active sensing architectures, enabling conductivity maps to detect early‐stage damage and localise sequential ligament fracture before catastrophic failure.
