Bioelectrical impedance in vivo measurements suffer from many potential sources of error due to the patient-instrument interface. The total common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR(T)) was investigated experimentally for three measurement channel circuit versions, including electrode-skin impedance imbalance. The first version was of the 'classical' type. The

This paper attempts an analytical approach to accurately determine common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) considering the effects of various non-idealities such as the presence of channel length modulation, body effect, finite resistance of the current source, mismatches in transconductances and drain resistances between the two driver MOSFETS of a common ...

A unified treatment of offset voltage and common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of bipolar differential amplifiers using large signal models is presented. The offset voltage expressions for the differential pair and 741 stages are first calculated in terms of transport model parameters. CMRR may then be calculated from these expressions.

Four quadrant photo-detector with ultra high common mode rejection ratio and ultra narrow gap
The 17th Annual Meeting of the IEEELasers and Electro-Optics Society, 2004. LEOS 2004., 2004A four quadrant detector designed to be used as a laser beam alignment device is demonstrated. This detector design eliminates two of the most important limits of the classic monolithic four quadrant photodetectors: the limited dynamic range and the finite nonsensitive area between the sectors.

Laplacian electrocardiograms (LECGs) localize the moment of activation (MOA) of the heart noninvasively at a nearby point on the chest surface. Tripolar concentric ring (TCR) electrodes provide small, but well-defined, site-specific second spatial derivative signals of the potential on the chest surface for studying the activation sequence of the ...
