Evidence of Iron Accumulation in Cerebral Adrenoleukodystrophy: A Potential Novel Disease Mechanism

ABSTRACT In this first application of Quantitative Susceptibility Mapping Source Separation to cerebral adrenoleukodystrophy, we uncovered alterations in iron and myelin within lesions and normal appearing white matter. As validation, we demonstrate abnormal iron accumulation in those same compartments within primary brain tissue.

Current Tracking Adaptive Control of Brushless DC Motors

In this paper, the current tracking for Brushless Direct Current motors is approached considering uncertainty in the parameters of the motor's model. An adaptive control scheme to compensate electrical parameters uncertainty is proposed without requiring any knowledge of the mechanical parameters.

Compact Sequential Feeding Network With Quadruple Output Ports and Its Application for Wideband Circularly Polarized Antenna

A compact single-layer series-type feeding network is proposed by utilizing two dual-band frequency-independent couplers in this paper. The overall size of the feeding network is further reduced by meandering the transmission lines.
