Maximum Entropy on Compact Groups [PDF]
Entropy, 2006 In a compact group the Haar probability measure plays the role of uniform distribution. The entropy and rate distortion theory for this uniform distribution is studied. New results and simplified proofs on convergence of convolutions on compact groups are presented and they can be formulated as entropy increases to its maximum.

Experimental Characterization of Mycelium‐Based Composites Under Multiple Loading Conditions
Advanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.This study examines the mechanical response of mycelium‐based composites under compression, shear, and tension using mechanical testing and imaging methods. The comparison between unpressed and hot‐pressed specimens shows that hot pressing is associated with higher compression and shear stiffnesses.
