본 연구에서는 구상흑연주철용 용탕보다 S 및 Mn의 함량이 다소 높은 灰鑄鐵用 熔湯(GC-10規格)을 사용하여 黑鉛球狀化劑의 少量첨가법에 의한 CV黑鉛鑄鐵을 제조하는데 필요한 基礎資料를 얻고자 시도하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 흑연구상화제의 첨가량에 따른 잔류화학성분의 변화 및 흑연조직의 변화에 관하여 중점적으로 고찰하였다.
