Indoleamine 2,3‐dioxygenase 1 inhibition reverses cancer‐associated fibroblast‐mediated immunosuppression in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
CAF‐mediated immunosuppression in ovarian cancer is driven by IDO1, reducing T‐cell function. Inhibiting IDO1 restores T‐cell proliferation and cytotoxicity, increases cancer cell apoptosis, and may help overcome CAF‐induced immune suppression in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer. Targeting IDO1 may improve antitumor immunity.

Thrombolytic proteins profiling: High‐throughput activity, selectivity, and resistance assays

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
We present optimized biochemical protocols for evaluating thrombolytic proteins, enabling rapid and robust screening of enzymatic activity, inhibition resistance, and fibrin affinity, stimulation, and selectivity. The outcome translates to key clinical indicators such as biological half‐life and bleeding risk. These assays streamline the development of

A singular ODE related to quasilinear elliptic equations

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2000
We consider a quasilinear elliptic problem with the natural growth in the gradient. Existence, non-existence, uniqueness, and qualitative properties of positive solutions are obtained. We consider both weak and strong solutions.

Multi-quasi-synchronization of coupled fractional-order neural networks with delays via pinning impulsive control

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2017
We investigate the collective dynamics of multi-quasi-synchronization of coupled fractional-order neural networks with delays. Using the pinning impulsive strategy, we design a novel controller to pin the coupled networks to realize the multi-quasi ...

Molecular determinants of signal transduction in tropomyosin receptor kinases

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Tropomyosin receptor kinases control critical neuronal functions, but how do the same receptors produce diverse cellular responses? This review explores the structural mechanisms behind Trk signaling diversity, focusing on allosteric modulation and ligand bias.

Diabetes‐induced vascular calcification is associated with low pyrophosphate and its oral supplementation prevents calcification in diabetic mice

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Induction of diabetes in three different mouse strains uniformly resulted in an increase in TNAP activity and a reduction in pyrophosphate (PPi) in the circulation. Inhibition of TNAP restored plasma PPi. Diabetes‐induced calcification in the media layer of the aorta was detected only in the Abcc6−/− strain, which is predisposed to ectopic ...

Useful Results for the Qualitative Analysis of Generalized Hattaf Mixed Fractional Differential Equations with Applications to Medicine

open access: yesComputation
Most solutions of fractional differential equations (FDEs) that model real-world phenomena in various fields of science, industry, and engineering are complex and cannot be solved analytically.
