Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

A strong comparison principle for the generalized Dirichlet problem for Monge-Ampere
We prove a strong form of the comparison principle for the elliptic Monge-Ampere equation, with a Dirichlet boundary condition interpreted in the viscosity sense.

Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.

Minimal wave speed of traveling wavefronts in delayed Belousov-Zhabotinskii model
This paper is concerned with the traveling wavefronts of Belousov-Zhabotinskii model with time delay. By constructing proper upper and lower solutions and applying the theory of asymptotic spreading, the minimal wave speed is obtained under the weaker ...

Principles of Germplasm Comparisons
Abstract Design of germplasm comparisons depends on the hypothesis to be tested. Most important hypotheses concern the future environment for production and marketing. 1) Will the best bulls in an exotic breed improve a local breed?; 2) Is it efficient to upgrade a local breed with bulls from a related exotic breed that has a large, effective program ...

Phosphoinositides and inositol phosphates as molecular glues
Inositol phosphates (IPs) and phosphoinositides (PIPs) regulate diverse eukaryotic processes. Beyond recruiting signaling proteins or acting as structural cofactors, recent studies suggest they mediate protein–protein interactions as natural molecular glues.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Comparison principle for difference equations with variable-time impulses
In this paper, a class of difference equations with variable-time impulses is considered. By applying comparison principle, we shall show that difference equations with variable-time impulse can be reduced to the corresponding difference equations with ...

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.
