The optimal design of executive compensation is one of the primary issues in the area of corporate governance and has been investigated in considerable detail in the academic literature over the past three decades. The underlying assumption behind the design of optimal compensation schemes is that the executives of the firm have more information on the

MiR‐513a promotes human erythroid differentiation by modulating c‐Jun
During early human erythropoiesis, miR‐513a promoted erythroid differentiation in primary human CD34+ hematopoietic stem‐progenitor cells and human TF‐1 erythroleukemic cells by indirectly decreasing c‐Jun and phospho‐c‐Jun expression, which are associated with increased GATA1 expression.

Despite frogs avoiding low temperatures, examination of four salamander species revealed that none avoided cold and all possessed cold tolerance. Functional analysis of TRPM8, a cold sensor, showed that all salamander TRPM8s had lost their cold sensitivity.

The Empirical Analysis, Mathematical Modeling, and Advanced Control Strategies for Buck Converter
The DC-DC converters are essential in power electronics as they maintain a stable output voltage even when there are changes in input voltage and load current. This study introduces an advanced Proportional-Derivative (PD) compensator for buck converters.

Digital twins to accelerate target identification and drug development for immune‐mediated disorders
Digital twins integrate patient‐derived molecular and clinical data into personalised computational models that simulate disease mechanisms. They enable rapid identification and validation of therapeutic targets, prediction of drug responses, and prioritisation of candidate interventions.

Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...

Implementation of cascade type PIS compensator for pneumatic anti-vibration apparatuses
This paper considers the implementation of a cascade type PIS compensator for the pneumatic anti-vibration apparatuses (AVA) control system. In precedence research the parallel type PIS compensator was used.
