Current Challenges of Transcription Compartmentalization Research
Transcription factors, coactivators, and RNA polymerase II assemble into transcription compartments ranging from small, defined complexes to liquid‐like condensates. This review unifies these seemingly competing descriptions along a single continuum and asks what these compartments have been shown to do, and what they have not, revealing that the most ...

From Folding Mechanics to Robotic Function: A Unified Modeling Framework for Compliant Origami
A geometry‐consistent DDG framework captures compliant origami deformation from rigid‐like folding to soft panel bending. By tuning crease and panel stiffness, bistable snap‐through responses transform into smooth monostable deformation, enabling programmable stability and robot‐scale locomotion.

Pattern‐dependent etching is converted into a physical prior for intelligent reconstruction of high‐aspect‐ratio silicon structures. Combining YOLO‐Pose feature extraction with a topography network, the framework retrieves depth, sidewall angle, and scallop texture from minimal destructive observations, enabling accurate cross‐scale metrology and near ...

Competition law enforcement under informational asymmetry [PDF]
Competition law enforcement, whether by public officials, private parties and consumers or the courts, has to resolve informational and resource asymmetries. Current EU competition law establishes an interface between government enforcement action and private litigation. For the EU Commission, informational asymmetries will be primarily addressed under
