Compliance Control

Proceedings of the 7th ACM CCS International Workshop on Managing Insider Security Threats, 2015
The agents of an organization, in fulfillment of their tasks, generate a cyber-physical-human trace, which is amenable to formal analysis with modal logic to verify safety and liveness properties. Trusted but non-trustworthy agents within an organization may attempt to conceal their true intentions, develop deceptive strategies, and exploit the ...

Audit-based compliance control

International Journal of Information Security, 2007
In this paper we introduce a new framework for controlling compliance to discretionary access control policies [Cederquist et al. in Proceedings of the International Workshop on Policies for Distributed Systems and Networks (POLICY), 2005; Corin et al. in Proceedings of the IFIP Workshop on Formal Aspects in Security and Trust (FAST), 2004].

Fuzzy compliance robot control

Proceedings IROS '91:IEEE/RSJ International Workshop on Intelligent Robots and Systems '91, 2002
Proposes a compliance robot control algorithm using fuzzy adaptive controller and fuzzy compliance vector generator. In the compliance robot control, one needs more adaptivity because the linear modeling in robot dynamics is getting more difficult by contact with external environment. Existing adaptive controllers have difficulty in realtime processing.

Simplification of Compliance Selection Using Spatial Compliance Control

Dynamic Systems and Control: Volume 1 — Vibration Control; Dynamic Systems; Robotics; Sliding Mode Control; Robust and Nonlinear Control; Automated Modeling; Control of Manufacturing Processes; Precision Control, 1995
Abstract Impedance control and related interactive control schemes such as admittance and compliance control can be used to control the dynamic, interactive behavior of robotic manipulators and other devices. In practice it has proven difficult to select appropriate impedance parameters to execute useful tasks.

Compliance, control, & computers.

Caring : National Association for Home Care magazine, 1999
This systematic method for developing computer-based controls to mitigate identified risk areas and to strengthen internal controls can help agencies implement an effective compliance program. These guidelines should help agencies analyze the extent to which their information systems support the controls that are needed.

Controlled Substances Compliance for Transport Programs

Air Medical Journal, 2019
Transport programs are highly regulated health care organizations. Of the many imposers of regulations, those controlled by the Drug Enforcement Administration are some of the least understood by transport programs. This article serves to lift the regulatory fog surrounding controlled substances and to provide clear and actionable guidance to transport

Active Compliance Control

2013
The iCub robot is generally constituted by particular types of mechanisms where every single motor do not directly actuate one coresponding joint. The main example is the shoulder transmission of the iCub robot. This mechanism is constituted by three motors with parallel axis moving idle pulleys that cooperate together to move a universal \(3\)DoF ...
