Comportement thermique d’une ligne de microphotodiodes

Applied Optics, 1980
The behavior of a self-scanned photodiode array when thermal generation-recombination effects are present has been studied. Our experimental results show the validity of the step junction theoretical approach to this problem and that the linearity of the response in the presence of strong thermal contributions is well verified.

Comportement thermique du difluorodioxophosphate ferreux

Journal of Thermal Analysis, 1994
Difluorodioxophosphates may be used as ceramic phosphate precursor, and their thermal behaviours are very important. In this paper we study by TG and DTA the thermal stability for iron(II) salt. In argon atmosphere, we obtain in a first time the melting of salt at 240°C then the classical breaking up into solid orthophosphate and POF3 exhaust.

Etude du comportement thermique des hexitols

Thermochimica Acta, 1993
Dulcitol, known in a single crystalline form (hereafter called I), in fact exhibits complex thermal behaviour. A second polymorph II appears when the glassy material is allowed to crystallize at room temperature. This form always coexists with I and cannot be well characterized.

Du comportement thermique de la khelline

Journal of Thermal Analysis, 1979

Abstract The pyrolysis of the T layer oil shales of Timahdit (Morocco) was carried out for two reasons. Firstly, using gas chromatography, the contents of the various gases given off during this pyrolysis have been determined. Then, according to Rock–Eval pyrolysis results of the crude oil shales and their isolated kerogen, it has been concluded that

Comportement Thermique du Polypropylene au Cours du Vieillissement

Journal of Thermal Analysis and Calorimetry, 1998
Several samples of polypropylene were studied by thermal analysis. The photo-oxidation and the aging of polypropylene films showed a mass loss more than 7% in heating from 20 to 220°C (5°C min-1), cooling to 20°C and reheating to 220°C. The authors observed also a decrease of the melting and crystallization temperatures.
