Synchronization overhead in SOC compressed test [PDF]
Test data compression is an enabling technology for low-cost test. Compression schemes however, require communication between the system under test and the automated test equipment. This communication, referred to in this paper as synchronization overhead, may hinder the effective deployment of this new test technology for core-based systems-on-chip ...

PBO-Based Test Compression [PDF]
This paper presents a novel ATPG and test compression algorithm based on Pseudo-Boolean (PBO) optimization. Similarly to SAT-based ATPGs, the test for each fault is represented implicitly as a PBO instance. The optimization process solves the problem of maximizing the number of unspecified values in the test.

Test data compression and TAM design
Test Data Compression (TDC) techniques have been developed for reducing requirements in terms of Automatic Test Equipment resources. These techniques generally deal with stand alone circuits. In this paper, we explore the benefits of using TDC techniques in the context of core-based SoCs. TDC is used to reduce the test time by improving the parallelism

Evaluation of the Nurse-Saul method using maturity sensors for concrete strength control
The article presents the results of experimental studies on the strength of concrete grade B25 brand M350 by direct and indirect methods of control. To conduct tests, 17 cylindrical, 15 small, and 2 large cubic specimens were manufactured.

Compression Behaviour of Wire + Arc Additive Manufactured Structures
Increasing demand for producing large-scale metal components via additive manufacturing requires relatively high building rate processes, such as wire + arc additive manufacturing (WAAM). For the industrial implementation of this technology, a throughout

Group testing for image compression [PDF]
This paper presents Group Testing for Wavelets (GTW), a novel embedded-wavelet-based image compression algorithm based on the concept of group testing. We explain how group testing is a generalization of the zerotree coding technique for wavelet-transformed images. We also show that Golomb coding is equivalent to Hwang's group testing algorithm. GTW is
