ANALYSIS OF THE PROPERTIES OF NON-ORTHOGONAL METHODS OF SIGNAL PROCESSING IN MIMO SYSTEMS

open access: yesСучасні інформаційні системи, 2018
Conflicts of the last decades (the Chechen war (Russian Federation), armed confrontation in the countries of the Middle East and North Africa, anti-terrorist operation in the territory of Donetsk and Lugansk regions (Operation of the United Nations)) go ...

Information-theoretic analysis of multivariate single-cell signaling responses.

open access: yesPLoS Computational Biology, 2019
Mathematical methods of information theory appear to provide a useful language to describe how stimuli are encoded in activities of signaling effectors.

Bypassing the computational bottleneck of quantum-embedding theories for strong electron correlations with machine learning

open access: yesPhysical Review Research, 2021
A cardinal obstacle to performing quantum-mechanical simulations of strongly correlated matter is that, with the theoretical tools presently available, sufficiently accurate computations are often too expensive to be ever feasible.

The Embodied Crossmodal Self Forms Language and Interaction: A Computational Cognitive Review

open access: yesFrontiers in Psychology, 2021
Human language is inherently embodied and grounded in sensorimotor representations of the self and the world around it. This suggests that the body schema and ideomotor action-effect associations play an important role in language understanding, language

Synchronous and asynchronous bertsekas methods for energy-aware networks and solution of Regularized Linear Systems [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Electronics and Telecommunications
This paper develops and analyzes augmented Lagrangian-based methods for two classes of large-scale optimization problems relevant to modern computational systems: energy-aware network routing with bandwidth allocation and the solution of regularized ...

GENERALIZED INDICATOR OF THE EFFECTIVENESS EVALUATION OF MILITARY RADIOCOMMUNICATION SYSTEMS

open access: yesСучасні інформаційні системи, 2018
Modern military radiocommunication systems are working in the difficult conditions due to the shortage of radio frequency resources, limited computing resources and the influence of the enemy radio-electronic suppression devices.

The Contribution of Density Functional Theory to the Atomistic Knowledge of Electrochromic Processes

open access: yesMolecules, 2021
In this review, we provide a brief overview of the contribution that computational studies can offer to the elucidation of the electronic mechanisms responsible for the electrochromism phenomenon, through the use of the density functional theory (DFT ...

Dual PI3K/AKT and CDK4/6 inhibition reveals selective sensitivity in an SHH medulloblastoma stem cell model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Targeted therapy was evaluated in SHH medulloblastoma using neuroepithelial stem cell (NES) and tumor‐derived NES‐like (tNES) models in 2D monolayers and 3D spheroids. PI3K, AKT, and CDK4/6 inhibitors had minimal effects in NES but markedly reduced viability and growth and induced apoptosis in tNES cells, revealing distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities.
