Uniform Continuity and Br\'ezis-Lieb Type Splitting for Superposition Operators in Sobolev Space [PDF]
Using concentration-compactness arguments we prove a variant of the Brezis-Lieb-Lemma under weaker assumptions on the nonlinearity than known before.

Diffusion‐based size determination of solute particles: a method adapted for postsynaptic proteins
We present a diffusion‐based approach for measuring the size of macromolecules and their complexes, and demonstrate its use on postsynaptic proteins. The method requires fluorescein‐labelled protein samples, a microfluidic device that maintains laminar flow for said samples, a microscope recording the emitted fluorescent signals, and an analytic ...

Rethinking plastic waste: innovations in enzymatic breakdown of oil‐based polyesters and bioplastics
Plastic pollution remains a critical environmental challenge, and current mechanical and chemical recycling methods are insufficient to achieve a fully circular economy. This review highlights recent breakthroughs in the enzymatic depolymerization of both oil‐derived polyesters and bioplastics, including high‐throughput protein engineering, de novo ...

Ground state solutions for asymptotically periodic Schrodinger equations with critical growth
Using the Nehari manifold and the concentration compactness principle, we study the existence of ground state solutions for asymptotically periodic Schrodinger equations with critical growth.

Doubly Critical Problems Involving Fractional Laplacians in ℝN
In this paper, we show the existence of nontrivial solutions for doubly critical nonlocal elliptic problems in ℝN{\mathbb{R}^{N}} involving fractional Laplacians.

CAF‐mediated immunosuppression in ovarian cancer is driven by IDO1, reducing T‐cell function. Inhibiting IDO1 restores T‐cell proliferation and cytotoxicity, increases cancer cell apoptosis, and may help overcome CAF‐induced immune suppression in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer. Targeting IDO1 may improve antitumor immunity.

Existence for (p, q) critical systems in the Heisenberg group
This paper deals with the existence of entire nontrivial solutions for critical quasilinear systems (𝓢) in the Heisenberg group ℍn, driven by general (p, q) elliptic operators of Marcellini types.

Normalized solutions for critical Schrödinger equations involving (2,q)-Laplacian [PDF]
In this paper, we consider the following critical Schrödinger equation involving \((2,q)\)-Laplacian: \[\begin{cases} -\Delta u-\Delta_{q} u=\lambda u+\mu |u|^{\gamma-2}u+|u|^{2^*-2}u \quad\text{in }\mathbb{R}^N, \\ \int_{\mathbb{R}^N} |u|^{2}dx=a^2,\end{

Thrombolytic proteins profiling: High‐throughput activity, selectivity, and resistance assays
We present optimized biochemical protocols for evaluating thrombolytic proteins, enabling rapid and robust screening of enzymatic activity, inhibition resistance, and fibrin affinity, stimulation, and selectivity. The outcome translates to key clinical indicators such as biological half‐life and bleeding risk. These assays streamline the development of

Molecular determinants of signal transduction in tropomyosin receptor kinases
Tropomyosin receptor kinases control critical neuronal functions, but how do the same receptors produce diverse cellular responses? This review explores the structural mechanisms behind Trk signaling diversity, focusing on allosteric modulation and ligand bias.
