We have developed a glucose‐triggered on‐demand drug delivery CF‐CPGaMPN hydrogel based on borate ester bonds. It inactivates microbes, releases oxygen, and enables on‐demand drug release in high‐glucose environments to promote healing of diabetic wounds. Single‐cell sequencing reveals that the CF‐CPGaMPN hydrogel significantly alleviates dysfunctional

Thermally Gated Dual‐Cascade Nanozyme for Enhanced Mild‐Temperature Photothermal Therapy
A thermo‐responsive cascade nanozyme (Ru‐GOx‐PNN) synergistically enhances mild photothermal therapy by dual suppression of HSP70 through ROS‐induced lipid peroxidation and ATP depletion. This intelligent system effectively overcomes thermotolerance and amplifies apoptosis, offering a safe and precise strategy for tumor treatment.

A Stringent dUPlex‐activated Error Robust (SUPER) DNAzyme system enables real‐time imaging of alternative mRNA splicing (e.g., Bcl‐xL/Bcl‐xS) in living cells via target‐triggered split‐DNAzyme reassembly and dual‐color fluorescence. It also achieves mRNA‐selective knockdown through DNAzyme‐based gene regulation, serving as a versatile tool for splicing

Synergistic Mn‐MOF Activation of Pistol Ribozymes for Cancer Immunotherapy
A Mn2+‐based metal–organic framework delivers a catalytic Pistol ribozyme for targeted PD‐L1 mRNA cleavage in tumor cells, with the released Mn2+ not only inducing immune activation in immune cells but also increasing the Pistol ribozyme catalytic activity.

Several components of the exine (i.e. the outer layer of the pollen wall) show conspicuous autofluorescence in the pollen grain. We describe the autofluorescence properties of pollens from the Mediterranean cypress, lily, turnip and olive (cvs. Picual, Loaime, Cornicabra and Ayrouni).

6 nm iron oxide nanoparticles (IONP6) exhibit enzyme‐like activities that scavenge reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (RONS), including nitric oxide (NO). In stroke models, IONP6 promotes microglial polarization toward the M2 phenotype, reduces neuroinflammation, and improves neurological outcomes, offering a promising drug‐free approach to mitigate ...

The functionalized starch modifies the mitochondrial surface and encapsulates resveratrol into the cavity of helices, facilitating a novel mitochondrial transplantation platform (MLSR). Upon internalization in recipient cells, MLSR triggers mitophagy and maintains positive autophagic flux through RIP1/RIP3 pathway inhibition.
