Disordered but rhythmic—the role of intrinsic protein disorder in eukaryotic circadian timing
Unstructured domains known as intrinsically disordered regions (IDRs) are present in nearly every part of the eukaryotic core circadian oscillator. IDRs enable many diverse inter‐ and intramolecular interactions that support clock function. IDR conformations are highly tunable by post‐translational modifications and environmental conditions, which ...

Cell wall target fragment discovery using a low‐cost, minimal fragment library
LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by X‐ray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.

This study explores salivary RNA for breast cancer (BC) diagnosis, prognosis, and follow‐up. High‐throughput RNA sequencing identified distinct salivary RNA signatures, including novel transcripts, that differentiate BC from healthy controls, characterize histological and molecular subtypes, and indicate lymph node involvement.

A mouse model for vascular normalization and a human breast cancer cohort were studied to understand the relationship between vascular leakage and tumor immune suppression. For this, endothelial and immune cell RNAseq, staining for vascular function, and immune cell profiling were employed.

A general model for analysis of linear and hyperbolic enzyme inhibition mechanisms
We developed a general enzyme kinetic model that integrates these six basic inhibition mechanism onto a single one. From this model, we deduced a general enzyme kinetic equation that through modulation of simple parameters, γ (the relative inhibitor affinity for two binding sites) and β (the reactivity of the enzyme–substrate–inhibitor complex), is ...

Lie symmetry analysis of conformable differential equations
In this paper, we construct a proper extension of the classical prolongation formula of point transformations for conformable derivative. This technique is illustrated and employed to construct a symmetry group admitted by a conformable ordinary and ...

Developmental, Neuroanatomical and Cellular Expression of Genes Causing Dystonia
ABSTRACT Objective Dystonia is one of the most common movement disorders, with variants in multiple genes identified as causative. However, an understanding of which developmental stages, brain regions, and cell types are most relevant is crucial for developing relevant disease models and therapeutics.

A new conformable nabla derivative and its application on arbitrary time scales
In this article, we introduce a new type of conformable derivative and integral which involve the time scale power function G ˆ η ( t , a ) $\widehat{\mathcal{G}}_{\eta }(t, a)$ for t , a ∈ T $t,a\in \mathbb{T}$ .
