An optimal dynamic balance between carrier lifetime and transit time is achieved in the Bi2O2Se/Ta2NiSe5 tunneling heterojunction, which simultaneously attains high responsivity (>103 A W−1) and a fast response time (≈5 µs). The proposed dual‐salts electrolyte is combined with developed carbon‐coated lithium cobalt oxide (LiCoO2) to improve the cycling performance stability, yielding a high initial reversible capacity of 225 mAh·g−1 and excellent capacity retention of over 85% after 400 cycles at 4.7 V.
