Four-point functions in momentum space: conformal ward identities in the scalar/tensor case
We derive and analyze the conformal Ward identities (CWI’s) of a tensor 4-point function of a generic CFT in momentum space. The correlator involves the stress–energy tensor T and three scalar operators O (TOOO).

Reconstructing enzyme evolution by protein engineering
Natural enzyme evolution can be retraced by protein engineering methods such as directed evolution, rational design, and ancestral sequence reconstruction. These approaches reveal how enzymes emerged from ligand‐binding scaffolds, developed varying substrate preferences, formed oligomeric complexes, adapted to environmental changes, and evolved novel ...

New AdS2 backgrounds and N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 4 conformal quantum mechanics
We present a new infinite family of Type IIB backgrounds with an AdS2 factor, preserving N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 4 SUSY. For each member of the family we propose a precise dual Super Conformal Quantum Mechanics (SCQM).

The process of internalization of the Shiga toxin A subunit via formation of a complex with the Shiga toxin B subunit, which specifically binds to the Gb3 receptor. The peptide is designed to act as a carrier of drugs into cancer cells. Here, we explored the potential of peptides derived from the catalytic A subunit of Shiga toxin (STxA) to be drug ...

A Formula of Packing Pressure of a Factor Map
In this paper, using the notion of packing pressure, we show a formula of packing pressure of a factor map. We also give an application in conformal repellers.

The influence of conformational factors on the metabolic conjugation of aryloxyacetates
Abstract Among p-chlorophenoxyalkanoic acids, the acetate and 2-propionate are essentially inert towards metabolic conjugation, whereas the isobutyrate (clofibric acid) undergoes extensive glucuronidation, as well as amino acid conjugation in carnivores.

Conserved binding mode but diverse interfaces of MreC‐PBP2 interactions
The crystal structure of abMreC reveals a conserved two β‐barrel architecture and provides structural insights into its role within the bacterial elongasome. The abMreC–abPBP2 complex model identifies the molecular basis of MreC‐mediated PBP2 recognition, contributing to the regulation of peptidoglycan synthesis.

Conformal structure of singularities in some varying fundamental constants bimetric cosmologies
In this paper, we explore the conformal structure of singularities arising from varying fundamental constants using the method of Penrose diagrams. We employ a specific type of bimetric model featuring two different metrics.

Masking singularities in Weyl gravity and Ricci flows
Within vacuum Weyl gravity, we obtain a solution by which, using different choices of the conformal factor, we derive metrics describing (i) a bounce of the universe; (ii) toroidal and spherical wormholes; and (iii) a change in metric signature.

A kinematic method to obtain conformal factors [PDF]
Radial conformal motions are considered in conformally flat space–times and their properties are used to obtain conformal factors. The geodesic case leads directly to the conformal factor of Robertson–Walker universes. General cases admitting homogeneous expansion or orthogonal hypersurfaces of constant curvature are analyzed separately.
