T[SU(N)] duality webs: mirror symmetry, spectral duality and gauge/CFT correspondences
We study various duality webs involving the 3d FT[SU(N)] theory, a close relative of the T[SU(N)] quiver tail. We first map the partition functions of FT[SU(N)] and its 3d spectral dual to a pair of spectral dual q-Toda conformal blocks. Then we show how

The general equations of motion for two dimensional Laplacian growth are derived using the conformal mapping method. In the singular case, all singularities of the conformal map are on the unit circle, and the map is a degenerate Schwarz-Christoffel map.

Nuclear prothymosin α inhibits epithelial‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in lung cancer by increasing Smad7 acetylation and competing with Smad2 for binding to SNAI1, TWIST1, and ZEB1 promoters. In early‐stage cancer, ProT suppresses TGF‐β‐induced EMT, while its loss in the nucleus in late‐stage cancer leads to enhanced EMT and poor prognosis.

Generalised Abelian Chern-Simons Theories and their Connection to Conformal Field Theories
We discuss the generalization of Abelian Chern-Simons theories when $\theta $-angles and magnetic monopoles are included. We map sectors of two dimensional Conformal Field Theories into these three dimensional theories.Comment: 9 ...

TRPM8 levels determine tumor vulnerability to channel agonists
TRPM8 is a Ca2+ permissive channel. Regardless of the amount of its transcript, high levels of TRPM8 protein mark different tumors, including prostate, breast, colorectal, and lung carcinomas. Targeting TRPM8 with channel agonists stimulates inward calcium currents followed by emptying of cytosolic Ca2+ stores in cancer cells.

On the phase space of free higher-spin theories and conformal transformations
We write a first order action for higher-spin fields and construct a canonical map to Fronsdal theory. The first-order description is defined over complex field configurations and has conformal invariance.

Conformal Mapping in Linear Time [PDF]
Given any $ε>0$ and any planar region $Ω$ bounded by a simple n-gon $P$ we construct a ($1 + ε)$-quasiconformal map between $Ω$ and the unit disk in time $C(ε)n$. One can take $ C(ε) = C + C \log (1/ε) \log \log (1/ε)$.

Genomics‐led approach to drug testing in models of undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma
GA text Genomic data from undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma patients and preclinical models were used to inform a targeted drug screen. Selected compounds were tested in 2D and 3D cultures of UPS cell lines. A combination of trametinib and infigratinib was synergistic in the majority of UPS cell lines tested, which was further confirmed in an ex ...

The Fractional Carleson Measures on the Unit Ball of ℝn+1
We construct a quantity in terms of Lp integral of the Jacobian of a conformal self-map on the unit ball of ℝn+1. Then, we characterize the fractional Carleson measures on the unit ball by the quantity.
