Effective approach for conformal subarray design based on maximum entropy of planar mappings
In this paper, an effective algorithm for optimizing the subarray of conformal arrays is proposed. The method first divides the conformal array into several first-level subarrays.

Modulation of Homer1 EVH1 domain internal dynamics by putative autism‐associated mutations
The putative autism‐associated M65I and S97L variants of the EVH1 domain of the postsynaptic scaffold protein Homer1 do not exhibit substantial changes in their overall structure or partner binding. Both of them, but especially the M65I variant, show altered internal dynamics relative to the wild‐type domain on the μs‐ms timescale, indicated by the ...

The bergman kernel method for the numerical conformal mapping of simply connected domains [PDF]
A numerical method for the conformal mapping of simply-connected domains onto the unit disc is considered. The method is based on the use of the Bergman kernel function of the domain.

Proteostasis and the gut microbiota play a key role in shaping host physiology. Microbiota‐derived metabolites, vitamins, and RNA modulate host proteostasis. Findings from model systems, including C. elegans, indicate microbes can either stabilize or disrupt host proteostasis.

Conformal Mapping and the Finite Element Method
One of the interesting properties of the two-dimensional potential problem is that solutions of the Laplace equation remain solutions of the Laplace equation when subjected to a conformal transformation.

Phosphoinositides and inositol phosphates as molecular glues
Inositol phosphates (IPs) and phosphoinositides (PIPs) regulate diverse eukaryotic processes. Beyond recruiting signaling proteins or acting as structural cofactors, recent studies suggest they mediate protein–protein interactions as natural molecular glues.

Numerical conformal mapping of exterior domains [PDF]
The work of the present paper is closely related to the two numerical procedures described in [11], for determining approximations to the function which maps conformally a bounded simply-connected domain Ω1 , with boundary ∂Ω, onto the unit disc.

We show that the simplest FLRW cosmological system consisting in the homo- geneous and isotropic massless Einstein-Scalar system enjoys a hidden conformal symmetry under the 1D conformal group SL(2, ℝ) acting as Mobius transformations in proper time ...

Structural insights and therapeutic targets in Acinetobacter baumannii capsule biosynthesis
Hypervirulent KL49 A. baumannii's capsular polysaccharide contains the nonulosonic acid 8‐epi‐Leg5,7Ac2, synthesized by epimerization via ElaA, ElaB, and ElaC. Crystal structures of ElaA, ElaB, and ElaC reveal their role in CMP‐Leg5,7Ac2 synthesis and regioselective C8 epimerization.
